Joshua Martin founded Orange Shoe Personal Fitness from the client's perspective. Joshua has been passionate about fitness his entire life. After working for nearly a decade at Merck & Co. Inc., a Fortune 500 healthcare company, focusing on treatment of existing conditions, Joshua took that passion for health and applied it to the best form of prevention– exercise. Joshua received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from St. Norbert College and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lauren Birkel, VP of Operations

Lauren first joined the Orange Shoe team as a trainer in 2006. In 2008, she opened her first franchise location– bringing the studio to capacity within 12 months. A year later she purchased a second studio, which is currently the highest performing location within the organization. Lauren earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated from the University of Denver with a Masters in Social Work. Her background in social work provides her with a strengths-based, client-centered, systems approach as well as the capacity to be a skillful observer, listener and an ability to swiftly respond to business, team and client needs.
In her spare time, Lauren is a competitive triathlete, landing on the World Championship stage twice to date. This year she'll be back again for the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

Maneesh Arora
In 2009 Maneesh Arora was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exact Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company focused on colorectal cancer. Prior to joining Exact, Maneesh served as CFO of Third Wave Technologies, a molecular diagnostic company focused on cervical cancer screening. He joined Third Wave in January 2003 as director of strategy and was promoted successively to VP and SVP in 2004. Prior to Third Wave, Arora was director of corporate strategy for Nalco Chemical Company. He began his career at Kraft Foods as a financial analyst and held several positions of increasing responsibility during his nine years there. Maneesh earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Londa Dewey
Londa Dewey is the President of QTI Group, Inc., a human resources and staffing company, since 2007. Former President at U.S. Bank, where she was an employee from 1982 to 2007 and an Officer from 1985 to 2007. Londa is currently a Director of American Family Insurance, Chairman of the Board for United Way of Dane County; Chairman of the Board for Meriter Health Services, Inc, Director of Edgewood High School, Director of the University of Wisconsin Family Business Advisory Board and Director and former Chair of the Camp Manitowish YMCA Board.
Wayne Harris
Wayne Harris is the President of Glowac Harris Madison, a full-service marketing agency. Wayne spent 28 years at McDonald's: 13 years with Corporate in operations, franchising, construction, real estate, purchasing, personnel and strategic marketing, and 15 years as an award-winning franchisee of 11 restaurants. Wayne served in former Governor Scott McCallum's cabinet as past president of Forward Wisconsin - the marketing arm of our state. Wayne is currently Chairman on the Board of Directors of US Foods and Pharmaceuticals as well as on the Board of Directors for Broadjam, CETS Tech, Park Bank, Errand Solutions, Gilda's Club and The Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund. Wayne received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois.
Cari Anne Renlund
Cari Anne Renlund is currently a lawyer with DeWitt Ross & Stevens in Madison, Wisconsin. Previously, Cari Anne was the Chief Legal Counsel of the Wisconsin Department of Administration. Before this, she was the Assistant General Counsel to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from 2004 to 2007. In 1995, Cari Anne began working in the Washington D.C. and Chicago offices of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. She worked in U.S. Senator Herb Kohl's Washington D.C. office in 1994. Carrie Anne received her Bachelor's Degree from St. Norbert College and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
