Two years ago I was an elementary teacher and part-time trainer. After two years of ownership, my own Orange Shoe franchise is at capacity. Believe me, I was never the business owner type. But luckily for me, Orange Shoe knows both the franchise and fitness businesses. And I know how to work hard.

Today, I have the best of both worlds. I'm my own boss. I'm in the driver's seat. But I'm not alone.

My goal is to have a million dollar business so that I can spend more time with my family. And even though I am no longer a trainer, I still enjoy seeing the difference that Orange Shoe makes in the lives of our clients. It transforms them like it transformed me.

I was a trainer at Orange Shoe Personal Fitness for nearly five years before I decided to open my own Orange Shoe franchise. Once I started the process of opening an Orange Shoe franchise, I knew it was a good fit for me. Orange Shoe has a unique franchise model that allows an entrepreneur the flexibility to use their creativity to personalize their business while still providing help in areas that each franchisee needs.

I had been a personal trainer long before I owned an Orange Shoe Personal Fitness franchise. In fact, I was a self-employed personal trainer who spent my days traveling to homes and private studios for appointments. When I started hearing more about the potential opportunities available in owning an Orange Shoe franchise, the transition seemed like an obvious one for me.

The leap from fitness trainer to owner can be a scary one, but I am grateful I made the transition with Orange Shoe. You will not find a better fitness business model in the industry.
